	3-4 p.m. - Self Defense for Women of all Ages, hosted by Baptist Health Medical Center and brought to you by Grace Steuri's Women's Health Forum. Join Baptist Health and Michelle Ray, a 5th degree black belt from Little Rock Martial Arts, in this lively class that is open to all who atttend the Arkansas Women's Show, but space is limited. The class will invite participants to learn simple physical self-defense techniques. Ray will discuss situational awareness, what an attacker looks for in choosing a victim and the use of body language and distancing to keep an attack from occurring. This class is designed for all ages. (Workshop room)

	2-2:45 p.m. - "The Beauty Buzz" presented by Dillard's. Summer beauty secrets will be the theme at this seminar where tips and tricks for making your skin look thinner, younger and healthier.
	2:30-3:30 p.m. -Join Janet Carson and Chris Olsen for a special meet and greet. Janet will be signing copies of her new book "In the Garden" which will also be on sale and Chris will be pre-selling his book, due out next year, called "5 Seasons." He will also have his two national DVD's for sale: "Refresh, Remix and Restyle," "Home Decor Makeover" and "Creative Party Guide." (Celebrity Pavilion)
	3-4 p.m. - Strong Women for Life, hosted by Baptist Health Medical Center and brought to you by Grace Steuri's Women's Health Forum. To prepare for a healthy future, it is important for all women to take care of their body. Join Jeremy Ray, fitness coordinator at Baptist Health, for a dynamtic discussion and demonstration on safe weight training and flexibility exercises that can be done at home. Ray will provide a proactive approach on essentials of toning up, flexibility and having more energy. This discussion and demonstration is for women of all ages. (Workshop room)
	4-5 p.m. - Performance by Mandisa. Special emcees “Little Rock Mamas” bloggers. Arkansas Women’s Show grand prize given out at the beginning of the show. Also, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s drawing for $250 (or $500 value if subscriber to the newspaper) to use with any show vendor, will be drawn at this time. (Main stage)
